This Privacy Policy covers the treatment of PII (Personally Identifiable Information) which BillPay.Services may collect when you are on the BillPay.Services website or logged into the web portal to use the services. This includes the treatment of any personally identifiable information that BillPay.Services business partners may also share with us about you and/or your relationship with our business partners.
This Privacy Policy does not apply to the business practices of business partners or companies which BillPay.Services do not own or control, or people which are not employed or managed by BillPay.Services
When you register as a Consumer with BillPay.Services we may ask for some, or in certain circumstances, all of the following information:

- Full Address
- Phone Numbers-Primary, Mobile/Cell, Work
- Email Address
- Date of Birth
- Postal Code
- Occupation
This information will never be shared with any person or entity outside of BillPay.Services unless directed to do so by you, or where we are required by a court of jurisprudence. Should this be necessary we will notify you immediately of the request.
We use information collected from you for one purpose only: to process your payments with our businesses partners.
We will not send you information by CEM (Commercial Electronic Message) or regular post which is commercial in nature with the intent to advertise products or services. You will only receive information through CEM or regular post with the following intent:
- To confirm the information which you have provided to us
- To provide you with confirmation or notification with respect to a transaction you have processed with us
- To notify you of updates and/or changes to your membership with us
BillPay.Services may set and access our cookies on your devices.

You may request to delete your account with BillPay.Services at any time by sending an email tocancel@billpay.services
You MUST include your Membership ID with your request. We may contact you to confirm it was you who made the request. Contact may be through telephone, CEM or regular post.
We password protect your account information to ensure it remains secure and private. You MUST set your password which is not known to us and makes use of uppercase/lowercase letters, numbers, and special characters. Information security starts with you!
We will NEVER ask you for your Username or Password through email.
BillPay.Services use industry-standard SSL-encryption to protect all data transmission.
This Privacy Policy may be updated and/or amended from time to time. If a substantial change is made, we will notify you by posting a prominent announcement on the login page. We may also send you a CEM or information through regular post.
